Your work directly affects product quality and on-time delivery for the production team. This is an onsite role, first shift (M-F, 5:00am-1:30pm) at the client site. Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team Set up complex production equipment, conduct tests, perform analyses, and calibrate assemblies per policy and safety procedures Install, maintain, repair, rebuild, and operate machining tools such as lathes, milling machines, and drill presses Diagnose issues, disassemble and determine extent of repairs, refit or replace worn parts, and reassemble components Manufacture replacement parts by selecting materials and planning and performing machining operations Read and work from oral and written instructions, sketches, blueprints, engineering drawings, and manuals with little supervision Support production with consistent, punctual attendance and flexibility for variable hours when needed Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role 5+ years of relevant machining experience High school diploma or equivalent Vocational training, apprenticeship, or equivalent hands-on experience in machining Strong experience using lathes, milling machines, drill presses, and other machining tools Ability to use hand tools and machinery and to follow blueprints, sketches, and engineering drawings Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to exercise judgment with minimal precedent Effective oral and written communication skills Pay Range $28.00 - $30.00/hour Ready to Make Your Mark?
