• . In this role, you'll support the production of high-quality metal components by setting up machines, maintaining tight tolerances, and ensuring accuracy through inspection and workmanship.
• Required Experience (One of the Following)
• CNC Lathe Experience
• + Setting up and operating CNC lathes + Experience
• boring jaws
• to hold tight runout tolerances
• OR•CNC Mill Experience•+ Setting up and running production on CNC mills + Performing •first article inspections•What You'll Do•+ Operate CNC machines to •assemble, repair, and fabricate metal parts•+ Read and interpret •blueprints and engineering drawings•+ Ensure parts meet required •dimensions and tolerance levels•+ Assemble components into •subassemblies or finished products•+ Perform •first article and in-process inspections•+ Maintain consistent •quality and production output•+ Follow established procedures and shop standards •What You'll Need•+ High school diploma or equivalent + •2-4 years of CNC machining experience•+ Strong ability to read and understand •blueprints and technical drawings•+ Knowledge of machining concepts, tools, and processes + Attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy •Work Environment & Physical Requirements•+ Ability to lift •30+ lbs.
