We're expanding our machining team and looking for CNC and Manual Machinists at all experience levels —from motivated early‑career machinists ready to sharpen their skills, to accomplished professionals seeking complex, high‑precision work. In this role, you'll manufacture tight‑tolerance metal components that support advanced manufacturing and assembly operations. You'll work with modern CNC technology and traditional manual equipment in an environment where accuracy, craftsmanship, and problem‑solving are truly valued. What You'll Do Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC mills, lathes, grinders, and speed‑cell machines Machine parts to extremely tight tolerances (±.0001) using detailed blueprints Perform frequent setups and changeovers while maintaining quality and efficiency Select proper tooling, fixtures, and inspection equipment for each job Program, adjust, and refine CNC offsets and parameters Operate manual mills, lathes, and surface grinders (drilling, tapping, finishing) Apply geometric and trigonometric principles to solve machining challenges Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other precision tools Support production flow and assist with rework or assembly as needed Safely handle materials up to 50 lbs What We're Looking For Entry‑Level Machinists 1+ year of machining experience or relevant technical/vocational training Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Basic understanding of G & M codes Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Eagerness to learn, grow, and take on increasingly complex work Experienced Machinists 3-5+ years of CNC machining experience in a manufacturing environment Advanced blueprint reading skills and GD&T knowledge Strong command of CNC programming and offsets Proven troubleshooting skills for setups, tooling, and machining processes High standards for quality, consistency, and precision Nice to Have (Not Required) OD grinder experience Mazatrol controls Mastercam programming or editing Rigging or crane operation experience Strong manual machining background High school diploma or GED Vocational or technical certification preferred Why Join Us? - $44.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
