9am-3pm (Day Shift) (6 hours a day to start!) Job description: Workforce Management is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Machine Operator/Inspector to join our small manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of machinery, ensuring products meet quality standards, and maintaining efficient production workflows. Your expertise in machine operation, and inspection techniques will contribute significantly to our high-quality output and continuous improvement efforts. This position is supporting a manufacturing environment where the details matter! Responsibilities Operate a range of machinery equipment to produce very small components according to specifications. Conduct routine inspections of machined parts utilizing precision measuring such as magnifying instruments for small parts . Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and manufacturing specifications to ensure accurate production is a must!!! Perform quality checks throughout the manufacturing process to identify defects or deviations from standards; document findings accurately. Assist in materials handling and packaging processes to ensure timely delivery of finished products while adhering to safety guidelines.

VERY SMALL
parts! (Steady hands!) Great eyesight (or willing to wear magnifying lenses to support your work) Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately. Skilled in using precision measuring instruments like microscope. Experience with manufacturing environments involving machining, inspection operations, materials handling, and packaging. Expert in using non-digital Micrometers & Calipers (Hands on measuring parts) Knowledge of tooling setup and maintenance for various manufacturing equipment - lots of retrofit equipment for specialized environment .
