Job Description

White Rock Manufacturing Solutions is seeking a skilled and motivated CNC Machinist/CNC Programmer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on machining work while also contributing to programming, setup, and process improvement. If you have experience with CNC equipment, manual machining, or programming, this is an excellent opportunity to advance your career in a supportive, team‑oriented environment. About the Role In this position, you will be responsible for operating, setting up, and programming CNC machines to produce high‑precision components. You will work with both manual and automated equipment, interpret technical drawings, and ensure parts meet exact specifications. This role offers ongoing training and development to help you expand your machining and programming capabilities. What You Will Be Doing Programming CNC lathes and mills Setting up CNC machines, selecting tooling, and adjusting offsets Operating CNC and manual equipment including lathes, mills, grinders, and related machinery Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and work instructions Using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify part quality Troubleshooting machining issues and making necessary adjustments Participating in hands‑on training and continuous skill development Supporting production goals by maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and quality standards What We Are Looking For Proven experience as a CNC machinist, CNC programmer, or a combination of both Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving ability Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Familiarity with CNC controls, tooling, and machining processes A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow Attention to detail and commitment to producing high‑quality work
