Job Description
Job Title:
CNC Machinist Job Description Perform complex setups, edits, and operate established and NPI jobs with minimal supervision. Ensure parts conform to specifications and requirements. Make modifications or adjustments as necessary. Verify dimensions using standard measuring instruments, such as micrometers, depth gauges, height gauges, and verniers. Read and interpret blueprints and operations sheets. Collaborate with the engineering department regarding material conditions, best positioning of parts, tool pressure, etc., as required. Detect faulty operations and materials and report these along with other problems to the immediate supervisor. RequiredSkills 3-5 years of machining experience in an aerospace environment. Three or more years of experience setting up and operating CNC Devlieg Milling Machines. Familiarity with Fanuc controls. Strong mathematical skills and knowledge of GD&T. Familiarity with Statistical Process Control (SPC). Responsibilities Perform complex setups, edits, and operate CNC machines with minimal supervision. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00
- $32.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
