Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401(k) with match We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinists with experience in milling and/or grinding and/or turning to join our team in a high-precision, aerospace manufacturing environment. This role involves setting up and operating CNC equipment, maintaining tight tolerances, and ensuring quality standards are met across a variety of complex parts.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC milling and/or grinding machines with minimal supervision Perform job changeovers, tool changes, and make program or offset adjustments as needed Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and work instructions to ensure parts meet specifications Machine a variety of metals (stainless steel, aluminum, titanium, Inconel, etc.) to tight tolerances (±.001) Use precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, height gauges, indicators, etc.) to verify dimensions Perform first-piece and in-process inspections to ensure quality standards Operate multiple machines simultaneously where required Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures Maintain accurate documentation and support continuous improvement efforts

Qualifications:

3-5+ years of CNC machining experience (milling and/or grinding preferred) Experience in aerospace or high-precision manufacturing environment strongly preferred Hands-on experience with multi-axis CNC machines Familiarity with FANUC or similar CNC controls Strong understanding of GD&T and blueprint reading Experience with machine setup, changeovers, and troubleshooting Strong mechanical aptitude and mathematical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
