- Set up and operate CNC machines to perform precision machining operations
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications to determine machining operations
- Select and install appropriate cutting tools, tool holders, fixtures, and machine accessories
- Load and unload raw materials and finished parts into the machine
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and accuracy of parts
- Make adjustments to machine settings as needed to maintain proper dimensions and tolerances
- Perform routine maintenance on machines, such as cleaning and lubricating ```Requirements```
- Proficiency in tooling selection and setup for CNC machining processes
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications
- Experience with Fanuc programming language is highly desired
- Familiarity with coordinate measuring machines (CMM) for quality inspection
- Knowledge of milling machines and lathe processes
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers
- Strong mathematical skills for basic calculations and measurements
- Experience with CAM programming software, such as SolidWorks, is a plus This position requires a high level of attention to detail, technical expertise, and the ability to work independently.
