  • Set up and operate CNC machines to perform precision machining operations
  • Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications to determine machining operations
  • Select and install appropriate cutting tools, tool holders, fixtures, and machine accessories
  • Load and unload raw materials and finished parts into the machine
  • Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and accuracy of parts
  • Make adjustments to machine settings as needed to maintain proper dimensions and tolerances
  • Perform routine maintenance on machines, such as cleaning and lubricating ```Requirements```
  • Proficiency in tooling selection and setup for CNC machining processes
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications
  • Experience with Fanuc programming language is highly desired
  • Familiarity with coordinate measuring machines (CMM) for quality inspection
  • Knowledge of milling machines and lathe processes
  • Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers
  • Strong mathematical skills for basic calculations and measurements
  • Experience with CAM programming software, such as SolidWorks, is a plus This position requires a high level of attention to detail, technical expertise, and the ability to work independently.
