Job Description

Experience:
Mid Level Salary:
$30•$40 per hour Job Details•Key Responsibilities and Duties Set up and operate 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC mills and lathes Machine complex aerospace-grade components to tight tolerances Interpret advanced blueprints, prints, and GD&T callouts Adjust tooling, offsets, feeds, speeds, and machining parameters Perform in-process inspections and final quality checks Use micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other precision tools Troubleshoot machining issues and optimize setups for efficiency Reduce scrap and rework through precision-focused execution Collaborate with engineering and programming teams on process improvements Maintain safe and clean work area standards Qualifications Section•
Needed:
High school diploma or GED preferred Technical machining certificate a plus Minimum 3+ years of CNC machining experience in precision manufacturing or aerospace environments Strong experience operating and setting up multi-axis mills and lathes Experience with 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis machining centers Ability to read blueprints and interpret GD&T confidently Experience with Fanuc, Haas, Okuma, Makino, Mitsubishi, or similar CNC controls Strong inspection background using precision measurement equipment Proven ability to machine tight-tolerance components with minimal scrap Strong troubleshooting skills for tooling, offsets, setups, and machine issues Detail-oriented with strong quality standards A bit about us:•Founded decades ago, with additional operations supporting advanced manufacturing markets, we are a precision-driven manufacturer producing mission-critical components for aerospace and power generation industries.
