This role requires a deep understanding of the National Electric Code (NEC), a strong commitment to safety, and a passion for leadership and professional development. Teamwork, strategic planning, and effective communication are key to driving successful project outcomes. Minimum RequirementsEducation:
Completion of an Electrical Apprenticeship or equivalent work experience (8,000 hours)Travel:
60-75%Schedule:
Typically 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday. Schedule may vary depending on project demands and can include nights, weekends, and holidays Key Responsibilities- Maintain all licensing and training requirements
- Manage large projects (15+ electricians) or multiple small to medium projects simultaneously while meeting or exceeding budget expectations
- Consistently achieve productivity and project goals
- Utilize internal software and resources effectively to manage estimating, engineering, productivity, and scheduling
- Conduct jobsite safety evaluations and integrate project schedules with other trades
- Communicate proactively with project management regarding areas of concern or opportunity to maintain or improve project margins
- Lead difficult conversations effectively, ensuring positive outcomes
- Develop and mentor team members to advance into leadership roles
