Aerospace Location:
South Windsor, CT Superior Skilled Trades is hiring a CNC Milling Machinist for a growing aerospace facility. If you have experience machining tight-tolerance aerospace components and take pride in precision work, this is a great shop to grow with. What You'll Do Set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce high-precision aerospace components Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting Work with engineering and quality teams to ensure FAA and aerospace standards are met What We're Looking For 2+ years CNC machining experience (milling strongly preferred) Experience machining tight-tolerance or aerospace components Ability to edit CNC programs (Fanuc preferred) Strong knowledge of tooling, feeds, and speeds Comfortable reading technical drawings and GD&T Familiar with Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement
