Advance Your Craft. Based in Windsor, CT. Join a team where your machining expertise drives results. You'll turn complex drawings into finished components by programming, setting up, and operating CNC equipment with a focus on milling. Your work will uphold tight tolerances, reliable throughput, and on-time delivery for our customers. Your Impact Translate blueprints and specifications into efficient machining plans. Set up and operate CNC mills; verify accuracy with rigorous quality checks. Troubleshoot, adjust, and perform routine maintenance to sustain uptime. Partner with engineering and production to refine tooling and cut strategies. Maintain a tidy, safe workstation and contribute to a continuous-improvement culture. What It Takes High school diploma or equivalent; a machining-related technical degree is a plus. Demonstrated experience as a CNC machinist with strong milling capability. Confidence reading/interpreting technical drawings and blueprints. Uncompromising attention to detail and quality. Ability to work independently and collaborate within a fast-moving shop. Proactive problem-solving approach. Physical Requirements Stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Manual dexterity to manipulate small parts and tools. Lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
