Job Description
Are you an experienced CNC Machinist looking for a high-paying aerospace manufacturing opportunity with overtime, advanced equipment, and career growth? We are hiring skilled CNC Machinists for a precision aerospace manufacturing environment producing mission-critical components for aerospace and power generation applications. 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM EST Pay & Benefits Competitive Compensation 15% Shift Differential Unlimited Overtime Available Day 1 Benefits Career Advancement Opportunities Stable, Long-Term Aerospace Manufacturing Environment CNC Machinist Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC turning and milling machines Work with multi-axis mills and lathes in an aerospace machining environment Machine precision aerospace components to tight tolerances Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and GD&T callouts Adjust tooling, offsets, feeds, and speeds to maintain quality standards Perform in-process inspections and final quality verification Troubleshoot machining and setup issues Collaborate with engineering and programming teams on process improvements CNC Machinist Qualifications 3+ years of CNC machining experience in aerospace, turbine, or precision manufacturing Experience with multi-axis CNC equipment Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge Experience with Fanuc, Haas, Okuma, Makino, or Mitsubishi controls preferred Strong inspection and precision measurement skills High attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy Why Join Our Team?
