CNC Mill & Lathe Machinist

All Shifts Available 1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM
  • 3:30 PM | Overtime Available 2nd Shift | Monday-Friday | 3:00 PM
  • 11:30 PM | Overtime Available 3rdShift | Monday-Friday | 11:00 PM

Competitive Salary + Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits If you're experienced with CNC mills, lathes, setups, blueprint reading, and precision measurement, this is an opportunity to work on complex, tight-tolerance components in a clean, quality-focused manufacturing environment. What You'll Do Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes Machine tight-tolerance aerospace and precision-manufactured components Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T Perform tooling changes, offset adjustments, and machine setup optimization Conduct in-process inspections and final quality checks Use micrometers, calipers, gauges, height stands, and other precision measuring tools Troubleshoot machining and setup issues to maintain production efficiency Work closely with Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to improve processes Follow all safety, quality, and production standards Qualifications Required 3+ years of CNC machining experience Experience operating CNC mills and/or CNC lathes Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings Knowledge of GD&T and tight-tolerance machining Experience using precision measuring equipment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Preferred Experience with 3-axis, 4-axis, or 5-axis CNC machines Experience with Fanuc, Haas, Okuma, Makino, Mitsubishi, or similar controls Aerospace, turbine, defense, or precision manufacturing experience CNC setup and troubleshooting experience Why DRT?
