Fabrication Skills:
Proficient with manual mills, lathes, welding, and basic fabrication equipment (band saws, grinders, drill presses).
Controls Familiarity:
Ability to interface with PLC systems at a functional level (reading ladder logic, navigating HMIs, and jogging axes to test your builds).
Physical Ability:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and comfortably stand for extended periods in a manufacturing environment.
Why You'll Love Working Here True Custom Projects:
Every machine we build is unique. You will never get bored doing repetitive assembly line work.
