Job Title:

CNC Machine Operator Job Description Join a global leader in engineering and manufacturing premium aftermarket air suspension products. We are seeking skilled CNC Machinist for our state-of-the-art facility in Merritt Island, known for precision machining and advanced engineering standards. Responsibilities Operate CNC equipment in a precision manufacturing environment. Review and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and specifications to produce high-quality parts. Use micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other precision measurement tools to verify part quality. Monitor machine operation, make adjustments, and ensure product meets strict quality standards. Load/unload raw materials and perform basic machine maintenance. Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow all production and safety procedures. Work in a non-climate-controlled production area. Essential Skills Experience operating CNC lathes, mills, and saws. Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints.

Proficiency using measurement tools:

micrometers, calipers, depth gauges, etc. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment and stand for long periods. Reliable attendance Monday-Thursday, 5am-3:30pm. Additional Skills & Qualifications Ability to program CNC machines, experience with multi-axis systems is a plus. Experience with G-code editing, tooling setup, feeds/speeds optimization. Troubleshooting machining issues and improving process efficiency. Why Work Here?
