Minimum of 2 years of experience with CNC or manual machining in a manufacturing environment is required, with a preference for candidates who have built solid practical skills over time. What You'll Do Set up and operate CNC machines to run production jobs Inspect parts using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.) Perform first piece inspections and maintain quality through production Make machine adjustments as needed Troubleshoot issues and recommended process improvements Maintain a clean and organized work area while ensuring production quality At Structure Medical, your skills will help to create products that truly make a difference in people's lives.
