We specialize in producing complex, high-tolerance components—made from a large variety of materials including; aluminum, steel, plastics, and exotic metals—that are designed to perform in demanding environments from atmospheric flight to outer space. Our facility is equipped with advanced milling and turning capabilities, complemented by state-of-the-art Zeiss coordinate measuring machines (CMM). Using detailed 3D models provided by our customers, we develop precise machining programs and automated inspection routines to ensure every dimension meets exact specifications. We are seeking a motivated, team-oriented CNC Machinist Setup professional with strong GD&T knowledge and blueprint reading skills. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC equipment for both prototype and production work. The ideal candidate brings hands-on machining experience and a commitment to quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Day shift:

Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm Night shift: Monday-Thursday 3:15pm-1:45am Responsibilities Set-up & prove out programs on standard, live tooling and 9 axis lathes. Set-up & prove out programs on 3, 4, & 5 axis mills. Perform verification/validation of new set-up programs for new product or pre-production parts. Maintain close tolerance dimensions while producing parts at production rates. Complete offset adjustments to multi-axis equipment to ensure product quality. Work with programmers to develop new & improved processes on a multitude of aerospace parts. Read and interpret blue prints and GD&T Communicate with co-workers. Follow safety protocols. Qualifications Minimum 5 years experience setting-up CNC machines Familiarity with GD&T principles for machining operations Pass a pre-employment drug screening Complete a pre-employment criminal background check
