Job Description

About the Role As a CNC Precision Machinist, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing operations by producing high-precision components through advanced CNC machining and grinding techniques. You will be responsible for ensuring that every part meets rigorous quality standards while optimizing machine performance to drive production efficiency. Responsibilities Execute complex setups and operate CNC machinery, including mills and grinders, to produce parts within extremely tight tolerances. Perform progressive machining on diverse metal types, ensuring consistent quality through precise tooling adjustments and offsets. Maintain high output standards by proactively managing tooling life and performing routine preventative maintenance on equipment. Utilize advanced measuring tools to conduct thorough quality inspections, ensuring all components adhere to strict specifications. Complete all necessary documentation, including job routers and production logs, in strict accordance with manufacturing best practices. Support a culture of continuous improvement by identifying process bottlenecks and suggesting workflow enhancements. Maintain a clean and organized workspace by adhering to 5S standards and prioritizing safety protocols at all times. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or GED equivalent. 3+ years of hands-on experience in a professional CNC machining environment. Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex engineering drawings and technical work instructions. Strong mathematical aptitude for precise measurements and record-keeping. Demonstrated ability to operate multiple CNC machines simultaneously while maintaining quality. Preferred Skills Associate's degree or technical certification in Tooling and Machining.
