About the Role As a CNC Precision Machinist, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing operations by producing high-precision components through advanced CNC machining and grinding techniques. You will be responsible for ensuring that every part meets rigorous quality standards while optimizing machine performance to drive production efficiency. Responsibilities Execute complex setups and operate CNC machinery, including mills and grinders, to produce parts within extremely tight tolerances. Perform progressive machining on diverse metal types, ensuring consistent quality through precise tooling adjustments and offsets. Maintain high output standards by proactively managing tooling life and performing routine preventative maintenance on equipment. Utilize advanced measuring tools to conduct thorough quality inspections, ensuring all components adhere to strict specifications. Complete all necessary documentation, including job routers and production logs, in strict accordance with manufacturing best practices. Support a culture of continuous improvement by identifying process bottlenecks and suggesting workflow enhancements.
