High SchoolResponsibilities Review drawings, instructions, prints, or samples and ensure the optimal process to produce part/ parts in a timely manner Ability and willingness to create and maintain documentation such as work instructions, process drawings, and tool sheets Ability to set-up and edit 3 and 4 axis CNC mills and lathes with live tooling utilizing

ESPRIT TNG

Ability to set up, adjust, and edit machines and programs Ability to run the job and process through to completion Knowledgeable in metal identification and tooling requirements for a manufacturing environment for both mill and lathe High school diploma or equivalent 10+ year experience preferred, but 7 years minimum, of full-time CNC experience with a strong background in prototyping. Ability to stay on task and complete projects with minimal supervision Willingness to hold oneself accountable to the schedule / project deadline

Minimum Qualifications:

7+ years of experience operating HAAS, Mori Seiki, Doosan Mills or lathes machines in a high-precision environment Demonstrated ability to machine complex components to tight tolerances Proficient in reading blueprints and interpreting GD&T symbols Skilled in machining a wide range of metals including steel, stainless, aluminum, and alloy materials
