Document machining processes and inspection results accurately for quality assurance. Experience Proven experience as a CNC Machinist with proficiency in CNC programming, preferably with Fanuc controls. Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of manufacturing processes including plastics injection molding and electrical discharge machining (EDM). Familiarity with CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software such as SolidWorks or general CAD tools for interpreting technical drawings. Skilled in blueprint reading, GD&T principles, and the use of precision measurement instruments like micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, and CMMs. Knowledge of tooling selection, setup procedures, and machine calibration. Basic math skills essential for calculating dimensions, tolerances, and machine settings. Experience working with CNC milling machines and CNC lathes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and support assembly tasks as needed. Understanding of lean manufacturing principles to promote efficiency and waste reduction. Prior exposure to plastics injection molding or similar advanced manufacturing techniques is a plus. If you are committed to precision craftsmanship, continuous improvement, and working within a dynamic team environment, we encourage you to apply.
