Job Description

Summary 'We are seeking skilled CNC Machinist to join ODIN Works on 1st and 2nd shift. Based in our facility, you will play a vital role in manufacturing high-quality firearm components that align with our mission of enhancing shooting capabilities and customer satisfaction.' 'Responsibilities' ' Operate CNC milling machines and live tooling lathes to produce precision firearm components. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files. Conduct quality checks using calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and other precision instruments. Maintain equipment and ensure adherence to safety standards. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve manufacturing processes. Support continuous improvement initiatives such as lean manufacturing practices.' 'Qualifications' Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role. Proficiency in CNC programming, GD&T, blueprint reading, and mechanical knowledge. Familiarity with CNC milling machines, lathes or screw machines. Ability to read technical drawings and use precision measuring instruments. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Prior experience in firearm or related manufacturing industries is a plus.'
Pay:
$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
