1st Shift | Full‑Time 🔎 About the Role We are seeking an experienced CNC Mill Machinist to join a growing job shop environment equipped with modern CNC machining technology . This role is ideal for a hands‑on machinist who excels in setups, program optimization, and precision machining . ✅ Key Responsibilities Set up CNC milling jobs by reviewing work instructions, materials, and dimensions Load, edit, and optimize CNC programs for efficient and accurate production Operate multiple CNC machines and perform secondary operations as required Select, modify, or manufacture tooling and fixtures Inspect parts visually and using calibrated measuring equipment Complete production documentation and log time in real‑time systems Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Communicate quality or production issues and participate in continuous improvement Adhere to all safety, ISO/AS, and company procedures 🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications Strong experience with CNC setups and secondary operations Ability to load/unload tools, set offsets, and edit CNC programs Proficient in blueprint reading and understanding customer specifications Skilled with precision measuring and inspection tools Knowledge of raw materials and machining properties Basic trigonometry skills Ability to read, write, and communicate in English 🏆 What's in It for You Competitive pay starting at $50K+ 1st shift schedule for better work‑life balance Modern equipment in a professional job shop environment Long‑term opportunity with a stable and growing organization 📩 How to Apply Interested candidates are encouraged to apply or share their resume to move forward in the hiring process.
