Medical, Dental, 401k Build Custom Automation Equipment from the Ground Up We're seeking a hands-on Machine Builder to join a growing automation team that designs and manufactures custom machinery for a variety of industries. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys mechanical assembly, troubleshooting, and bringing complex automation systems to life. What You'll Do Assemble custom automation equipment and machinery from engineering drawings, assembly prints, and work instructions. Install and align mechanical components including conveyors, bearings, gearboxes, motors, servo systems, and machine tooling. Perform machine setup, adjustment, timing, and mechanical troubleshooting during assembly and testing. Support machine run-off, debugging, startup, and customer acceptance activities. What We're Looking For 2+ years of machine building, mechanical assembly, maintenance, or automation experience. Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, assembly prints, and pneumatic schematics. Strong mechanical aptitude with experience using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring equipment. Proven troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently or within a team environment. Preferred Experience Experience building custom automation equipment, packaging machinery, or OEM machinery. Working knowledge of pneumatic systems, servo-driven equipment, and machine timing adjustments. Welding, machining, fabrication, or fitting experience.
