$70,000 - $75,000 per year A bit about us: A growing precision manufacturing company in the Chicago area is seeking an experienced CNC Milling Machinist to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for a machinist who enjoys hands-on work, programming support, blueprint interpretation, and producing high-quality machined components in a collaborative shop environment. Stable and established manufacturing company Tight-knit team environment with approximately 22 employees onsite Competitive compensation with flexibility for the right candidate Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits PTO package included Relocation assistance considered Visa sponsorship opportunities available Direct access to leadership and decision-makers Fast interview process and immediate hiring need Job Details What You'll Do Set up and operate CNC milling machines Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications Utilize MasterCAM programming to support machining operations Perform precision measurements using standard inspection and measurement tools Monitor machine performance and ensure quality standards are met Troubleshoot machining and tooling issues as needed Maintain a clean and organized work environment Collaborate with the shop manager and production team to meet deadlines and quality expectations Required Qualifications 3+ years of CNC milling machining experience Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills Experience using MasterCAM Experience with precision measurement tools and inspection equipment Ability to work independently and maintain high-quality standards Preferred Qualifications Additional CNC programming experience Experience working in a custom or precision manufacturing environment Interested in hearing more?
