2015 certified job shop located in Eastrock Industrial park. We specialize in low volume machining. Our equipment includes vertical machining centers ( including 5 axis.) The machines and software are late model. The company has been in business 32 years. The toolroom is air conditioned. This job is perfect for someone who is self-motivated and ambitious. Job shop experience is a plus. Responsibilities Program, set-up and operate CNC machines to perform machining operations to meet precise tolerance and finish requirements. Create programs using the latest version of Mastercam software. Read and interpret blueprints and inspect your own work. Work with minimal supervision. Be challenged with a variety of tasks and not tied to one routine. Skills Proven experience operating CNC machinery. Expertise in reading blueprints for precise manufacturing. Ability to use precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and other precision tools. Solid understanding of tooling selection, setup procedures, and machine calibration techniques. Basic math skills for calculations related to dimensions, tolerances, and machine adjustments. Knowledge of safety protocols related to machining environments including the use of hand tools, power tools, forklifts, and other equipment.
Pay:
$65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
