As our next CNC Production Setup Machinist on 2nd Shift , your expertise will turn blueprints into mission-critical parts—every dimension, every tolerance, every time. Your Mission Translate engineering drawings into machine-ready dimensions and setups Set up and operate CNC equipment for drilling, milling, grinding, and turning Read and apply blueprints with keyways for shaft production Monitor cycles, adjust tooling/offsets, and maintain process stability Verify accuracy and consistency through thorough inspection Execute basic preventive maintenance to sustain performance What Success Looks Like Flawless interpretation of blueprints, gauges, and keyway specs Consistent part quality backed by precise metrology and gauge use Efficient setups and changeovers that keep production moving Capabilities You Bring High school diploma or equivalent 5+ years of CNC/manufacturing experience Preferred background with lathes and/or horizontal mills Detail orientation and strong problem-solving instincts Ability to excel independently and collaborate within a team Reliable, punctual, and adaptable in a fast-paced setting Tools & Techniques You'll Use CNC Tooling CNC Machine Setup & Changeover Precision Measurement & Hand Metrology Advanced Inspection & Gauge Measurement Shift 2nd Shift Compensation Note The employer will determine pay based on your qualifications, experience, education, skills, training, certifications, and seniority.
