What You'll Do Set up 5‑axis CNC mills and run precision machining operations Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to deliver high‑quality parts Adjust tooling and machine settings to meet exact specifications Troubleshoot machining issues and collaborate with the team to hit production goals Maintain accuracy, consistency, and quality throughout every job What You Bring Hands‑on experience with 5‑axis CNC machining and milling operations Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and quality control Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation Solid problem‑solving and equipment troubleshooting skills Familiarity with advanced manufacturing technologies

Preferred:

Experience with CAD/CAM software CNC certifications or vocational training High attention to detail and commitment to precision Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Schaumburg, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
