Responsibilities:
Use CAM software to program, set up, and run low-volume, tight-tolerance prototype parts. Perform quality checks using precision measurement tools during the machining process. Conduct routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance. Maintain detailed records of machining operations and outcomes.
Preferred Qualification:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; technical certification is a plus. Experience in complex CNC lathe machining. Programming with GibbsCAM or comparable software. Multi-axis workcenter experience
PUMA-SMX
Strong mathematical skills for accurate measurements and calculations. Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and other machining equipment effectively.
- Candidates must also achieve a sufficient score on an in-house technical evaluation as part of the hiring process.
