Your responsibilities Set-up and operate machining equipment to perform turning, drilling, threading, sawing and boring operations on materials. Programs CNC machining equipment. Responsible for M5 Power Master & Other Lathes Perform daily tasks to produce parts, including but not limited to, assembling, loading/unloading equipment, gathering materials/components, detailing, material handling, and positioning work area. Utilize various hand tools, specialty tools, and measuring equipment to complete assigned tasks. Perform inspection of parts utilizing gauges / measuring devices and reviews blueprints/diagrams to ensure components are being manufactured in accordance with the part specification. Complete various types of paperwork related to production reporting. Perform the required duties in accordance safety guidelines and lean principles. Who we are looking for High School Diploma or G.E.D 5+ years of previous machining experience preferred Basic computer skills required Basic math skills required Basic understanding of gauging / measuring devices required Basic blueprint understanding required Understanding of G-Code programming preferred Ideally, you will also have Clean equipment and work area.
