When you join Bryan Machine, you're joining a legacy of master craftsmanship. The Role We are looking for a "maker" —someone who loves the craft of machining and thrives in a fast-paced environment . At Bryan Machine, the day flies by because you're tackling complex, high-tolerance projects that require focus, skill, and pride. You will be responsible for the setup and operation of CNC machinery to produce parts that power aircraft and protect our nation. What You'll Do •

Precision Machining:

Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes to produce complex components with extremely tight tolerances. •

Blueprint Mastery:

Read and interpret technical drawings and GD&T to ensure every part is within spec (often measured in thousandths of an inch). •

Quality Ownership:

Perform your own first-piece and in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, and high-precision gauges. •

Problem Solve:

Adjust offsets, load programs, and troubleshoot tooling on the fly to keep production moving efficiently. •

Collaborate:

Work alongside a team of experts in a shop that values your input and technical skill. What We're Looking For •

Experience:

Mid-to-senior level experience as a CNC Machinist. •

Technical Savvy:

Strong understanding of machining mathematics and a deep ability to read complex blueprints. • The "Bryan"

Pay:

$22.00 - $24.00 per hour
