What will you be doing? Produce products and components to specifications to perform such tasks as shearing, drilling, de-burring and all bench operations. Set up, operate and maintain a variety of machines/tools to produce precision parts. Troubleshoot to find and eliminate defects to ensure product meets specs. Read and interpret drawings Monitor product quality during the process. Maintain work area and equipment in clean and orderly condition. What do you need to be considered for the job? 1+ years of job experience milling, turning, drilling, taping, deburring, and bench operations. Ability to read blueprints and other product specs. Good organizational skills. Dependable
  • arrive at 6:00 am and be ready for the day.
Ability to frequently lift/move items up to 25 pounds, sometimes over 50 pounds High School Diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred) CNC programming experience required for the upper level.
