Job Description

CNC Operator Wichita, KS $20
  • $27 1st shift: 6am
  • 2pm 2nd shift: 2pm
  • 10:30pm 3rd shift: 10pm
  • 6:30am Overtime, shift differentials, and bonuses available
Overview:
We're looking for a skilled CNC Operators & Machinists to produce high-quality machined metal parts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for setting up and operating CNC equipment, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining efficient workflow from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Set up, operate, and maintain CNC router equipment Read and follow job specifications and shop travelers Pull, prepare, and load materials for production Run jobs efficiently while meeting quality and deadline requirements Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet customer specifications Label, stage, and organize completed work Record production data accurately in internal systems Troubleshoot and adjust CNC programs as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Perform routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures Assist with cross-training team members when required Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license 2+ years of machine operation experience CNC operation experience (intermediate level or higher) Ability to read measurements and use precision tools Solid math and problem-solving skills Basic computer proficiency Strong attention to detail and time management Ability to work independently and follow instructions Preferred Qualifications Training or coursework in machining, blueprint reading, or drafting Experience with CNC routers
