Job Description

Our McPherson, KS facility is currently seeking several skilled CNC Machinists to join our growing team immediately. These roles are highly sought after, so please submit your application promptly to secure your spot in this competitive job market.
Qualifications:
Minimum of three years of hands-on experience operating mills and lathes. Proven ability to perform machine setups independently. Familiarity with 3-axis mills, VTLs, lathes, and EDM equipment is considered an asset. Background in industrial repair, welding, fabrication, or grinding is highly desirable to support our maintenance goals.
Compensation and Perks:

Core Duties:
Manage the setup, operation, and troubleshooting of CNC machinery to ensure peak performance within our custom shop environment. Configure CNC lathes and mills to produce high-quality metal components, tooling, and heavy equipment parts. Ensure precision by interpreting blueprints, managing material loading, adjusting offsets, and verifying tolerances to help maintain our high standards for finished goods. Execute a variety of machining tasks including turning, milling, manual work, and custom fabrication to support both prototype and production workflows.
Required Proficiencies:
Expertise in CNC tooling applications. Competency in CNC machine setup and changeover procedures.
Equipment and Technology:
3-4 axis vertical machining centers. 2-4 axis CNC lathes. 5-axis or higher CNC lathe systems.
