Strong background in blueprint reading, GD&T principles, and mechanical knowledge related to manufacturing processes. Familiarity with CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software like SolidWorks or similar for interpreting designs. Hands-on experience with electrical discharge machining (EDM), plastics injection molding processes, and welding techniques is a plus. Ability to use precision measurement tools including calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM). Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and troubleshooting machining issues. Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles to promote efficiency within production workflows. Valid certification or demonstrated proficiency in safety procedures related to power tools, forklift operation (if applicable), and other manufacturing equipment is preferred but not mandatory. Join us as a Machinist if you thrive in a fast-paced environment where your technical skills make a tangible impact! We value craftsmanship, safety-consciousness, and continuous improvement—your expertise will help us deliver top-tier products with precision and excellence.
