We serve as a manufacturing partner for OEMs without in-house production facilities, delivering everything from initial prototyping to high-quality short-run part production. Position Summary We are seeking an Entry Level Machinist to join our production team at our facility. In this role, you will set up and operate conventional and CNC machine tools to produce high-precision parts. Key Responsibilities and Requirements The essential responsibilities and requirements of this job are included but not limited to this job description. Other tasks may be assigned and expected to be performed. Run programs on various CNC mills and lathes. Be familiar with the basics of CNC machining. Ability to machine all types of materials (steel, aluminum, stainless, et al.) Use calipers and other precision tools. Be able to deburr products. Read basic prints. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Basic machine skills are preferred but not required. Core Competencies Must have good communication skills. Ability to work assigned hours, plus overtime as needed. Must be reliable with a good work ethic. What We Offer Competitive hourly compensation based on experience.
