We are a thriving manufacturing firm looking for a skilled CNC Horizontal Boring Mill Machinist to contribute to our operations. You will have the chance to earn competitive compensation while producing high-precision components of varying sizes within our dynamic job shop setting. Core Duties Configure and run CNC Horizontal Boring Mills, specifically Toshiba models. Produce medium to large-scale components that adhere strictly to design blueprints. Analyze technical drawings, production orders, and manufacturing guidelines to guide your work. Execute necessary machine configurations, swap out tooling, and adjust offsets. Oversee production cycles to guarantee the highest standards of precision and quality. Utilize advanced measurement tools to verify the accuracy of completed components. Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team. Collaborate effectively with engineering and production staff to ensure project timelines are met. Required Skills and Experience Proven background in the operation of CNC Horizontal Boring Mills is highly valued. Prior familiarity with Toshiba Horizontal Mill equipment is strongly desired. Demonstrate a commitment to meeting production schedules through strong team collaboration. Relevant technical expertise in horizontal machining processes. Strong proficiency in operating and troubleshooting CNC boring mill equipment. Schedule Monday to Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Pay and Benefits Annual salary reaching up to $90,000, determined by your specific machining expertise and overall skill set.
