m. with a clean setup plan, confirm tooling, and bring a mill or lathe online for the first run. You'll review prints, dial in offsets, and prove out programs on Okuma and Hardinge Bridgeport mills or Harrison Alpha lathes. Throughout the day, you'll measure parts against tight tolerances, make fine adjustments, and keep the work area organized and safe. By 3:00 p.m., your parts are in spec, your machines are ready for the next job, and documentation is buttoned up. What You'll Handle Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes for precision production Run and support a range of equipment, including: Okuma mills and lathes with OSP controls Hardinge Bridgeport mills with OSP and Fanuc controls Alliant Bridgeport knee mills with DRO Harrison Alpha lathes Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Apply precision machining methods to maintain tight tolerances Perform routine in-process inspections to verify specifications Uphold a safe, orderly, and efficient work environment What You Bring 10+ years of CNC machining experience Proven strength in machine setup and hands-on operation Comfort with Okuma OSP and Fanuc controls Fluency in reading blueprints and technical drawings Manual machining background is a plus Welding or metal fabrication experience is a plus
Schedule & Pay Hours:
Monday-Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Compensation:
Up to $38.00 per hour Benefits Health insurance
