Swiss Machinist (2nd shift) $35/hour Direct Hire Opportunity

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Swiss Machinist for a full-time, direct hire opportunity. This is a second shift position offering competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Swiss machines and strong knowledge of machining processes.

Schedule:

Monday - Thursday 3:15 PM - 1:45 AM (Second Shift)

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate Swiss machines (single and/or multiple spindle) Work with lathes, mills, mill-turn equipment, centerless grinders, and multi-axis grinders Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications Select and install tooling, work holding, and fixtures for each job Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues Make necessary machine adjustments to maintain quality Inspect finished parts to ensure accuracy and compliance Accurately document production and work performed

Qualifications:

Previous experience with Swiss machining required Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Solid understanding of machining principles (tooling, speeds, and feeds) High attention to detail Basic computer skills
