Job Overview:

We are hiring an experienced CNC Lathe Machinist to support aerospace manufacturing operations. This role involves setting up, operating, and adjusting CNC machines to produce high-precision components with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC lathe machines (3, 4, and 5-axis) Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Adjust machine settings and troubleshoot issues independently Select tools, set feeds and speeds based on job requirements Inspect parts using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) Maintain quality standards and ensure production accuracy Keep work area clean and organized

Requirements:

8+ years of CNC Lathe machining experience Strong experience with 5-axis machining (mandatory) Experience with 3 & 4-axis CNC machines Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings Experience with precision inspection tools Ability to troubleshoot machines independently High School Diploma or GED Ability to lift up to 70 lbs Aerospace manufacturing experience preferred Must be comfortable working 2nd shift
