Core Responsibilities Machine Setup & Operation Set up and operate CNC lathe machines Load tooling and materials for production runs Ensure machines are dialed in for repeatable production Programming (Bonus Skill) Programming experience is a plus, not required May involve minor edits or adjustments to programs Quality & Inspection Perform first-article inspections Verify tight tolerances and dimensional accuracy Use precision tools: Micrometers Calipers Bore gauges Indicators Troubleshooting Diagnose and correct: Machining issues Setup problems Possible programming errors Ensure consistent, repeatable production output
