Our customers are from the following industries: Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, Medical, Food & Beverage, Semiconductor, and Fluid & Gas Processing.

//www.olympicsystemscorp.com/ About the Role We are seeking an experienced CNC Milling Machinist that will be responsible for the production of precision machining of plastic and metal parts. This position requires an individual with experience in machine shop operations and can make adjustments as required to assure correct machining dimensions and proper finish requirements are achieved. Must be capable of working independently or with team members while maintaining high quality standards. Responsibilities of the
CNC Milling Machinist:
? Has a thorough knowledge of setting up and operating several types of CNC Machines. ? Responsibility for production runs, must consistently working within the time standard allowed at an acceptable quality level. ? Suggests new methods and tooling to improved time standards and the quality of components being manufactured. ? Checks their own work using precision measuring tools. ? As, required, instructs less experienced machinist in correct methods and procedures. ? Advises section leader of any issues that exist with the CNC equipment, tools, material, and time standard not being met. ? Responsibility in following all production procedures regarding documentation requirements in insure proper history records. ? Makes recommendations for improving our operational processes and procedures to be more efficient if necessary. ? Works to current ISO standards to ensure that quality products are produced. ? Maintains a clean, orderly, and safe work area. ? Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements/Qualifications:
? High School diploma or equivalent required ? 3+ years of experience with CNC Milling machines ? Ability to read and interpret drawings/blueprints ? Ability to use inspection tools (micrometers, verniers, calipers, gauges) as needed ? Ability to lift maximum of 50 pounds and stand for an eight-hour shift ? Commitment to quality, safety, and accuracy of work performed and continuous improvement

Hourly Pay:
\$25.00 - \$32.00 per hour
