Shift:

Monday-Thursday, 4:30pm-2:30am

• Weekend Day Shift:

  Saturday-Monday, 6:00am-6:00pm (Work 36 hours, get paid for 40 hours)

• Weekend Night Shift:

  Friday-Sunday, 6:00pm-6:00am (Work 36 hours, get paid for 40 hours)

• Position Information:

• Set up and operate CNC Mills and Lathes, adjusting machine settings as needed
• Install tools and prepare materials per process documentation
• Perform first piece, in-process, and final inspections using calipers, comparators, gauges, and CMM equipment
• Deburr and rework parts as required
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment or tooling issues
• Complete routine operator-level machine maintenance

• Required Experience:

• Minimum 2 years' experience with CNC Mill set-up and operation (Swiss CNC experience a plus, not required)
• Ability to read blueprints, understand X, Y, Z machine axis and perform basic math
• Proficient use of precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
