Responsibilities:

Load fixtures, tools, and programs; perform offsets and probe cyclesSwap tooling and fixtures between jobs with minimal downtimeRead blueprints/CAD drawings and make appropriate G code adjustmentsUse micrometers, calipers, gauges, and CMM to ensure 0.0005 accuracyDiagnose issues (tool wear, chatter, program errors) and implement fixesLog setup sheets, inspection records, and machine maintenanceDetermine the appropriate tooling, work holding, and machining process needed to produce a high-quality metal part.
