Machine Builder

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Builder to join our manufacturing and fabrication team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in constructing, assembling, and fabricating components according to detailed specifications. The Builder will ensure that all work meets safety standards and quality expectations, supporting the overall production process. Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately assemble components. Operate power tools, hand tools, and fabrication equipment such as CNC machines, welding equipment, and machining tools. Perform welding, electrical wiring, and mechanical assembly tasks with precision. Use precision measuring instruments including calipers and micrometers to ensure components meet exact specifications. Fabricate parts through cutting, shaping, and assembling materials using fabrication techniques. Operate forklifts and other industrial equipment safely for material handling and movement within the workspace. Maintain detailed documentation of work processes and measurements for quality control purposes. Follow safety protocols related to electrical systems, machining operations, and industrial equipment use. Assist in troubleshooting issues with manufacturing processes or fabricated components to improve efficiency. Skills Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings. Experience with CNC programming and operation. Skilled in welding techniques including MIG, TIG, or arc welding. Electrical experience including wiring of industrial equipment. Mechanical knowledge related to assembly, fabrication, and maintenance of machinery. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments. Familiarity with manufacturing processes such as machining, fabrication, and assembly. Experience operating forklifts or other industrial equipment is preferred. Strong understanding of schematics and industrial wiring diagrams. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high safety standards.
