CNC Machinist Automotive Engines

Position Summary US Engine Production Inc. is seeking an experienced Machinist to perform precision machining of automotive and industrial diesel engine blocks and components according to established procedures and company standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically skilled, and experienced in engine machining processes. Essential Responsibilities Perform machining processes on industrial and automotive diesel engine components while following company procedures and safety guidelines Operate lift and hoist equipment to safely move engine blocks, cylinder heads, crankshafts, and related components Handle engine components with care and precision Skillfully operate hand tools, air tools, and electric power tools Use torque wrenches and power angle drivers accurately Utilize precision measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, and dial indicators Maintain high attention to detail and quality standards Keep work areas clean and safe Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications Experience / Education Experience in a manufacturing environment Experience with industrial and automotive engine components Basic computer skills Knowledge & Skills Knowledge of industrial and automotive engine components Experience with engine block boring, cylinder head resurfacing, crankshaft reconditioning, and engine assembly Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs
