In this energetic role, you will assemble, fabricate, and install complex machinery, ensuring each component meets precise specifications. Your expertise will help drive innovation and efficiency in our manufacturing process, providing you with a rewarding opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to cutting-edge projects. Duties Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide assembly and fabrication processes Assemble machinery components using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers Fabricate parts through welding, machining, and electrical wiring to meet exact specifications Operate industrial equipment including CNC machines, forklifts, and other manufacturing tools safely and efficiently Install electrical systems and troubleshoot electrical wiring issues within industrial equipment Use programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to support automation functions during assembly Conduct quality inspections using precision measuring instruments to ensure all assembled machinery meets safety and performance standards Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in assembly, fabrication, and machining processes Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and schematics for electrical and mechanical systems Hands-on experience with CNC machining, welding, electrical wiring, and industrial equipment setup Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and their programming basics Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments accurately Knowledge of manufacturing safety protocols including forklift operation and proper use of power tools Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail in quality control inspections Embark on a career where your craftsmanship fuels innovation!
