CNC Mill Machinist

CNC Mill Machinist (3, 4 & 5‑Axis | Aerospace & Medical) Join a long‑tenured, high‑precision manufacturing team producing mission‑critical aerospace and medical components. As a CNC Mill Machinist , you'll set up and operate Haas Vertical Mills (3, 4, and 5 axis) with Fanuc controls , machining extremely tight‑tolerance parts in a clean, climate‑controlled environment. This role is perfect for a machinist who enjoys complex setups, exotic materials, and precision work where quality means everything. What You'll Do Set up and operate Haas CNC Vertical Mills (3‑, 4‑, and 5‑axis). Edit programs at the machine using G & M code . Perform setups, tool changes, and offsets based on blueprints and work instructions. Hold ±.0001 tolerances on aerospace and medical components. Calculate and adjust feeds & speeds , especially on exotic alloys. Conduct first‑piece inspections and in‑process quality checks. Machine extremely small, high‑precision parts (some as small as a fingernail). Required Experience & Skills 3+ years CNC Mill setup experience Strong working knowledge of G & M code Ability to read blueprints, CNC programs, and documentation Solid understanding of tooling and setup best practices Proven experience maintaining tight tolerances Why Join Us? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $52000.00

• $83200.00/yr.
• Climate Controlled and super clean
• Guaranteed 3% company contribution to 401k (not a match. For example, if you put in 6% they put 3% and if you put 0% they put 3%)
• 1 week PTO right away plus the Minnesota sick pay on top of that
