Shift:
4:30 PM - 3:00 AM (Monday - Thursday) | Enjoy a 3-day weekend every week.
Weekend Shift:
6:00 AM - 6:30 PM (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) | Work 36, Get Paid for 40 + Premium. 4 days off a week!
The Role:
Setup, Optimize, Lead Master the
Setup:
Take full ownership of initial setups on CNC Milling Machines . We believe in "First Part, Right Part."
Troubleshooting:
You aren't just a button pusher. You'll troubleshoot issues that arise and adjust offsets to maximize tool life and efficiency.
Precision Focus:
Use your deep GD&T knowledge to hold the tight tolerances that our aerospace and high-tech clients demand.
What You Bring Proven Mastery:
Significant experience in high-level CNC Milling setup and operation.
Technical Fluency:
You read blueprints like a map and speak G-Code fluently. You're comfortable with exotic materials and complex geometries.
