CNC Grinding Machinist - 2nd shift •Sign-On Bonus Available for Select Candidates•We are looking for a CNC Grinding Machinist to join our Exlar team! As a CNC Grinding Machinist, you will grind threads on parts to specifications using CNC machine tools. You will have the ability to do machine set-ups, quality control and minor machine maintenance when required. You may also perform critical assembly operations of the ground components. CNC grinding experience is preferred but not a requirement. This position requires a person that can follow detailed instructions and perform inspection tasks using a variety of tools. Understanding GD&T callouts is also preferred.

Perform some assembly operations using drawings, inspection documents and on-the-job guidance. Perform first article inspections and in-process measurements on manufactured parts using drawings and inspection sheets. Perform minor preventative maintenance on the machines when needed. What You Bring Preferred 5+ years of experience operating and setting up CNC Swiss machines, but similar or relevant experiences and skills will be considered. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Experience performing measurements using calipers, micrometers, optical comparators, and other inspection instruments. Must be a U.S. Person.
